Information For Authors
To ensure a streamlined and effective peer-review process, authors are required to adhere to the following minimum standards when submitting manuscripts:

Language: Manuscripts must be written in English.

File Format: Only Microsoft Word files (.doc or .docx) will be accepted.

Formatting Guidelines: Manuscripts must comply with the formatting standards provided on the journal’s submission portal. Authors are advised to refer to the portal for specific layout and referencing instructions.

Peer Review: All submissions will undergo a rigorous scientific peer-review process evaluating originality, technical quality, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Submission Platform: Authors must register on the journal's online submission portal to upload their manuscripts.

Scope Justification: A separate document (max 5–6 lines) must accompany each submission, indicating the relevant section of the journal’s scope and justifying how the submitted work aligns with its thematic areas.

Submission Components and Guidelines
I. Covering Letter
A covering letter must accompany every submission, containing the following:

Title of the manuscript.

Names and initials of all authors.

Corresponding author's name, affiliation, email, and mobile number.

A brief statement outlining what is already known in the subject area and what new contributions the submitted work offers.

Abstract (within 300 words).

3 to 6 relevant keywords.
II. Manuscript Structure and Formatting
1. Title
The title must be concise, engaging, and reflective of the research content. It should include impactful terms like sustainable development, green materials, renewable energy, etc., where applicable. Avoid complex or superfluous vocabulary.
2. Authors and Affiliations

List all authors in order of contribution.

No changes to authorship (order, corresponding author, or new additions) will be permitted after submission.

Affiliation for each author must include: Department, University/Institute, City with PIN code, State, and Country.

Corresponding author should be marked with an asterisk and include full contact details.
3. Abstract
A structured abstract (≤300 words) should include:

Major conclusions
Avoid citations and abbreviations unless essential.
4. Keywords
Include 3–6 keywords in Title Case, separated by commas. Avoid general terms, plurals, and compound concepts.
5. Headings

Use Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3…).

Use Title Case for headings (capitalize all significant words).

Italicize all scientific names (e.g., Cosmos caudatus).

Non-English terms may be included with clear transliteration.
III. Manuscript Content Sections
6. Introduction
Clearly define the research problem, national/international relevance, economic implications, literature gap, research objectives, and proposed innovations.
7. Materials and Methods
Describe experimental setup, materials sourcing, sample size (min. 5 recommended), and statistical methods. Cite sources for borrowed data and justify methodology.
8. Results
Present key findings using labeled tables, graphs, and figures. Avoid repeating data in multiple forms.
9. Discussion
Interpret results with reference to related works. Discuss novelty, limitations, and implications of findings.
10. Conclusion
Summarize major findings succinctly. Do not include recommendations. Mention future scope briefly.
IV. Additional Author Declarations
11. Author Contributions
Clearly outline individual contributions using standardized roles:
e.g., Conceptualization: A.B., Methodology: A.B. and C.D., Writing – original draft: A.B., etc.
12. Funding Statement
Mention the funding agency (if applicable). If not funded, state: “This research received no external funding.”
13. Data Availability
Provide data access links or repositories:
e.g., Available online: https://youtu.be/By3MtcjSvdQ (accessed on 17 January 2023).
14. Conflicts of Interest
Explicitly declare any conflicts of interest. If none, state: “The authors declare no conflict of interest.”
15. Acknowledgements
Mention institutions, individuals, or funding bodies that supported the research.
V. Technical Standards
16. Abbreviations and Nomenclature

Define abbreviations at first mention.

Use SI units. Report drug names using rINN.

Italicize species and genetic terms; follow standard genetic nomenclature databases (e.g., HUGO).

17. Tables

VIII. Final Checklist Before Submission
